WHAT TO EXPECT
New Patient Paperwork & Comprehensive Consultation and Health History
All new patients are required to fill out and submit new patient intake paperwork. This is our opportunity to get to know you! You may download it from our website, fill it out at home, and bring it with you on your first visit. Otherwise, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete these in the office. Following completion of intake forms, we will sit down for a one-on-one consultation to go over your health concerns and your health goals. We will discuss the many causes of nerve interference, and how neurologically-based chiropractic care will facilitate healing throughout your body. Please be prepared with short and long-term goals so we can build a plan to serve you best!
Diagnostic Testing
Locating the root cause of your concern is the first step in helping you reach your health goals. We will conduct thorough exams including posture screen technology, range of motion and spinal palpation exams. Lastly, we will take X-rays, unless pregnant or a small child, to get an exact assessment of your spinal health. Our doctors will review these diagnostics and correlate all your findings into a specific care plan tailored to you and the results you want to achieve.
Individual Report of Findings
On your next office visit, you will receive a brief orientation to the office so that you know exactly what to expect with care and a report of the doctor's findings. Our doctors take everything into consideration when creating your individualized care plan - including your health history, age, current health concerns, your assessment findings and your health goals.
We recommend you bring your loved ones with you so they can be there to see and hear the analysis of your chiropractic postural X-rays and diagnostics, your customized, corrective care plan, and payment options. Our goal is to see families get healthy and stay healthy; we will discuss how we can make care affordable and convenient for you and your family.
First Chiropractic Adjustment
Following your report of findings, if you choose to receive the care recommended, your adjustments can begin right away!
Corrective Chiropractic Care
Regular visits are designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule! Typically, visits will take about 10-15 minutes going forward and they can be easily rescheduled if needed. We know that life is busy, we want to ensure that your wellness can easily fit your busy schedule.
